Submission Guide for Contributions to the Wetland Image Gallery:

1. All images and information will be reviewed upon submission for accuracy of information and clarity and quality of image.
2. Incomplete forms, incomplete information, or poor quality image will result in rejection of submission.
3. Multiple submissions are acceptable, but each wetland example must be submitted individually.
4. Each image must have a location: relative or absolute, and preferably both.
5. Refer to the National Wetland Inventory (NWI) codes for accuracy of subclass and water modifier, if known.
6. For the dominant plants, Latin species is appreciated, but not required if not known.
7. We accept picture files in the GIF, TIFF, or JPG (or.jpeg) formats.
8. Submit images with a minimum resolution of 800x600 pixels at 75dpi or greater. This is equivalent to a standard digital camera photo taken at 5 megapixels.
